Estanc got “Respecting Differences” label for the third time!
On September 15, Estanc was recognized for the third time with the “Respecting Differences” label. The label is administered by the Estonian Human Rights Centre, in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Affairs.
Estanc joined the Diversity Agreement in 2018, when we promised to be inclusive as an employer, and to treat all of our employees equally. Since then, we have now been awarded the “Respecting Differences” label three times.
The main goal of Estanc’s diversity strategy is to ensure that all our employees are valued, and we’re working hard to make our work environment more diverse and including — for example, increasing the proportion of women in the entire team!
Estanc’s diversity plan has been tirelessly steered by our wonderful HR Manager Lilian Kuuslap, who has worked with incredible enthusiasm for years to ensure that everyone feels good and included at Estanc!
The quality label is a great recognition for us, but we certainly have a lot of work to do in diversity area. Together, we will continue our efforts to ensure that the company has a diverse and inclusive company culture.
