Estanc to represent Estonia in the European Business Awards for the Environment

On the 29th of January 2020, The Environmental Ministry of Estonia recognized Estonian environmental friendly companies and announced winners for Environmental Action 2019, Environmental Friendly Business 2019 and environmental special prizes. Estanc was rewarded with a special prize in Environmental Management for responsible and sustainable management of the environment.

“We work systematically with environmental issues, take it into account in our strategy and always do more than the law requires to to improve our environmental and economic performance and to reduce the risks and costs related to the environment, health and safety at work”, says Estanc Sustainability Coordinator Erika Pihl.

Due to that recognition, the ministry has presented our candidacy to represent Estonia in the European Business Awards for the Environment to celebrate companies at the forefront of eco-innovation, or that have a respect for the environment at the very core of their business principles.
