Estanc Awards €3,000 Scholarship to TalTech Student

Estanc remains committed to fostering the next generation of engineering talent. For several years now, we have awarded a scholarship to an outstanding student from Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech). This year, the €3,000 scholarship was granted to Maano Maasikmets, a master’s student in Product Development and Production Engineering at TalTech’s School of Engineering.
Maano was selected based on his exceptional motivation letter. We were particularly impressed by his enthusiasm, sincere desire to learn, and personal values that strongly align with Estanc’s own. For us, skills alone are not the only criterion – we care deeply about who the person is and how they envision their future.
Maano stands out for his focused personal development and systematic approach, making him a role model for aspiring engineers. We see great potential in him and hope our collaboration will continue in the future – perhaps with Maano joining Estanc as an engineer.
At Estanc, we believe that investing in strong future talent is an investment in the future of Estonian industry and engineering.
