Our story

Estanc was founded in 1992 as an Estonian-Finnish company and has been owned by the Tammo family since day one. Today, we have grown into one of the leading manufacturers of process equipment for high-impact industries in the Nordic and Baltic regions.

We started with a team of 10–20 people and 2,500 m² of production space. Today, we operate from over 12,000 m² of modern production facilities and employ nearly 140 skilled professionals.

Our growth goes beyond numbers – we have evolved as an organization. We have built a strong company culture where every employee operates with clear purpose and responsibility. This empowers individuals to take ownership of their work and enables the entire company to achieve higher performance, greater efficiency, and deliver more value to our customers.
